Roles & Responsibilities

– Ensure accurate revenue recognition as per accounting standards.
– Execute timely client billing and prevent revenue leakage.
– Handle client account reconciliations and collections.
– Lead month-end closing and financial reporting.
– Prepare financial statements, MIS, and reports.
– Support internal and statutory audits.
– Resolve financial queries within defined TAT.
– Collaborate on budgeting, planning, and process improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Requirements:
– CA qualified with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
– Strong grasp of accounting standards and compliance.
– Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
– Analytical, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
– Prior experience in tech/startup environment is a plus.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
